How do I get to see chat or cam? I keep pressing the old and new but nothing happens..Please advise if anyone knows ? Thank you. x

if you are using an ipad or iphone it won't work, if not there is an actual help forum that probably can help you get it running.

There is a Site Help section further down on forums.

If you try clicking on Chat (at the top, in the blue tool bar) then what ever room you want to go in and then click on who evers cam you want to watch.

Sorry if you had already done the above, just thought I'd offer the way I do it.

But it may be to do wth Adobe/flash which I Havent a clue about
