This storm at the movement as quite a kick. But nothing on the storm of 99 that killed my computer . There were clouds that were the blackest I’ve ever seen and just as the last lightning I heard a loud bang in my bedroom. I ran up stairs and didn’t notice anything at first, then became away of my computer suddenly having a black looking stain. I tried switching on the computer, the computer was dead. I found out later that a lightning current had gone through the telephone wires and into the computer. If I had been on the computer at the time, who knows what would have happened. What a crazy year that was.
