Would you ‘make do’ with a swinging clubs on site room, with a broken en-suite ( shower not working) after paying for an en-suite room.

Bearing in mind no showers in the club area either !

The options were ‘make do’ or leave..

Although it would be more acceptable to make do with a cold shower if a discount was offered..

I still feel it’s not very hygienic, and not very good customer service either

Hi op, I would expect what I've paid for regardless of where I am. The worst thing is to be expecting facilities advertised to you and get the complete opposite of what you paid for the venue needs to be issuing some sort of refund in my eyes xx Hope it all gets resolved for you

No, it's not acceptable.

I would expect an apology and a refund of some description at the very least. It's also unusual for a club not to have a shower.

I would be demanding a refund too. Especially when you have paid good money for it .i hope that you had a good time before you noticed the shower and other things broken

I’d fill the kettle, boil it, pour it into the bath, and repeat until the bath was full. Would cost them a fortune in electricity to teach them a lesson

I don't think they had a bath. I think a stip wash was the only available option.

There was no bath.. just a cold shower,

We were offered a refund as we decided to leave.. would rather not line the pockets of a business with such poor standards of customer service

Obviously have left a club review in the appropriate places.

Just wondered what others would have done under the circumstances
