I've not had that problem before (tight vag energy) but yeah, it would irritate me to be honest. You've got to do an annoying vs cocking scale. If it's on that line, keep it. If he veers too much into annoying, find another one for when he's being flaky.

Don't think it's flaky, more of a communication issue. Everyone should just say if they want to meet for a second time or not and not leave people hanging. Otherwise, best not to get too invested with people, just move on and don't expect too much.
