Are you feeling yourself?

Well, are you? Not literally, I mean more psychologically. Are you feeling like yourself and are you comfortable there? Or are you not feeling yourself? What do you do in that situation?

Me, I'm emerging from the monthly week of definitely not feeling myself (thanks, hormones!) into hell yes I am most definitely feeling myself

Somewhere near here

I’m feeling myself today, I’ve been up and down recently, but it’s been expected. Keep things planned so I can look forward to stuff and remain positive

depends on your definition of feeling yourself as my norm seems to be feeling out of sorts and not with it, which I know is not a normal norm so trying to change it

Ups and downs, but my rolling average is moving up. I'm happier with myself as time goes by.

Oh OP! I'm still going through that joyous occasion currently. Even though I'm bloated and a bit emotional, I'm definitely beginning to feel myself again. After a mini pamper session today I'm hoping I will be even more.

I take each day as it comes as there are multiple ups and downs. Life hasn't been "normal" for some time so people shouldn't be surprised if they feel a little out of sorts or anxious about previously regular things

I feel like I've been spinning a lot of plates recently that I've forgotten what feeling myself is. How I've been feeling is based on what I have to next but have a quiet weekend planned so maybe I'll be able to feel more like myself again

Yes for what seems to be 'normal' for me and having mood swings. On a down swing at the moment after an up swing.

Hopefully chatting to the doctor next week will get the ball rolling towards a better understanding with what might be going on in my head.

There and to the left a bit

To feel myself I need to know what "myself" is, and currently I'm not sure - but until I do know, onwards and upwards, I shall just keep taking each day at a time and see what the future holds

Sorry too many people to respond to now, I have read everyone's poets though and thank you all for sharing

Ach it's a funny one. I know the downs are part of being me as much as the ups. I've got better at going with it and trusting I will come through, as I have before, and will do again. Doesn't make it much fun at times though.

I think there's a lot of expectation about "getting back to normal" when in reality it's rarely as straightforward as that. My life has completely changed over the past year and three months. So I won't be getting back to anything, I'll be moving forwards. That's both exciting and scary at the same time!

Sending love and solidarity out to all you beautiful people xx
