Why do people talk,swap face pics,say they want to meet and then bloody blank you! Its happend 4 times in the last 3 weeks since we have joined. Having a bit if a knock on confidence, we just want out first meet!

We agree, I already have body confidence issues and takes a lot to build up to a meeting. Then when you think it's looking promising the messages stop!

Hi,

It happens a lot on here, don’t take it personally.

Just defriend/block and move on, it’s the only way.

There are good folks on here and you will find them, a bad run of idiots happens to everyone now and again as some can be quite convincing, even to the experienced users of the site.

I do like how couples and females are always surprised when things don’t go easily on here.

Doesn’t matter what group you chat to, some will always be flakes or just change their minds.

It’s par for the course I’m afraid. You need a thick skin on here, no matter what gender/identity/scenario you happen to be.

Chalk it up to experience and be thankful that they let you down at this stage rather than when you have spent ages getting ready or blown money on accommodation (speaking from experience this week).
