thats how my throat feels,

not slept all night , now im grumpy, and feel like shit ....

Gargle with salt water its not nice and may make ya sick but it will help loads honestly xx

yep - salt water is a natural anti... thingy.. so much so they recommend its use after throat opps i believe?

I felt like that a few weeks ago so i can sympathise...stayed away from the docs thinking it would go away...had to go to docs who prescribed a course of penecllin and was good the next day !

The advice is quite correct! Make the water luke warm if you like, somehow it don't taste so bad!

try warm lemon juice with a bit of honey in it to sweeten it, it might take the edge off. Just make sure you try to drink some fluids tho honey so you dont dehydrate

the beauty of cider vinegar is that it has a slightly sweet smell to it( but taste god darn aweful lol )

You could make a TCP solution to gargle with - but paracetamol and ultra chloraseptic will dumb the pain too.

try, 3fingers of brandy in a cup with lemon juice, good spoonful of hunny & top up with boiling water, works a treat.

If you cant take anything orally try some aloe vera in hot water and inhale it Pure it will stop your throat and mouth from drying out too much..hope ya better soon x
