Well had my first social meet last night,

kind of a last minute thing.and all I can say it’s lucky I had changed my mind..

Was due for some fun once back at mine but I had decided on the way back not to go any further than a drink, no way I could have taken advantage in such a situation (she was d*unk)

Time to dust down, pick myself up and move on.

Personally think ur right to tell, its appalling behaviour and as u say could have been serious, whether she feels shitty or not, she should be ashamed and forever regretful of what she has done. Hopefully its a lesson learnt by her. Well done on you for warning people of a nasty situation created by a selfish and silly person.

Yes that's what I thought, is may she drank to settle her nerves, but inadvertently drank just a little too much. However look on the bright side; at least you actually got a date. I read a post by someone here who's been here a year and still not met anyone. Poor person. Something clearly went wrong there.

It sounds to me that they went for a drink she got d*unk and on the way back to his he decided she was too way gone to consent to sex,my thinking is why did he wait til that point to decide that. The decent thing would have been to not get to that stage and get her safely in a taxi home.

I stopped it going further for safety reasons and I did not want to put myself in a position where I would have to answer some tough questions (especially if she would have regretted it, false accusations are nasty) anything wrong in that?

OP I think what you did that was wrong was posting your date from just last night. What happened has happened. You should have let the dust settle. By telling people here about is I think disrespectful to the lady. At the end of the day it's just a 'date'.

Sorry, but I disagree with the point you are trying to make.

'If one man says no'? - It's what EVERY man should do in such circumstances.

As for the part about false allegations, I think you need to refresh yourself on what the law is. I think you'll be very, VERY surprised about what the law says about intoxication and consent and what the implications are.

I don’t even think a medal made out of the free items you used to get in a cereal box would be enough for this man! I have some military medals, perhaps I could scratch my details off and insert his and he can wear them with pride, we’ll do a post with a picture of the ribbon on the medal so everybody will know exactly what it is for without him needing to even speak a word of his heroism

I wasn't talking about implied consent fella. I'm talking about what the law says about someone who is intoxicated being unable to give consent and what the implications would be had you not taken the postion you did.

I can't actually state the crime you would be charged with as it contains a word forbidden by fab.

I know of one person who used to be on here who has.

After a meet he was accused of a crime and went through hell trying to clear his name, he was cleared after messages were found clearing his name.
