I wear weightlifting gloves to lift. I also wear them for pushing my wheelchair. I can't afford injuries to my hands/fingers if I can avoid it. Trying to push up a massive hill with a palm full of blisters is fucking painful. I do have calluses from lifting and pushing but they're nowt to about about. | |||

We're trying to build specific muscle areas to help in other sports or parts of life. It's not about numbers all the time. | |||
