Eye brows

So a question.. Do you pluck, wax, shave or just leave your eye brows alone?

Pencil them in, tattooed or printed?

When did the eye brow trend start.

Can overdone eye brows put you off someone?

Would you be horrified if you went to bed with someone and woke up to see the eye brows no longer there?

Has anyone ever shaved someones off when they have been sleepinh or had it done to you?

Strange things... What are they actually for?

I have mine waxed and I use the benefit brow kit to shape them and pencil them in. Cannot recommend it enough!

Pluck. Sometimes wax. I tint them when I dye my hair.

I love my brows, they’ve been my life’s work. If I lost them I’d have to cut a big fringe in.

I barely had any they were so fair and was fed up drawing them on, so got them tattooed on a few years back. I’ve had the shape changed twice since. Love them x

I go between HD brows and lamination.

Iv never shaved anyone’s off and I’d be furious if someone shaved mine off.

Has anyone got funky coloured eye brows?

Multi coloured rainbow ones would be cool.. I would imagine alot of effort though.

Took me 15 years to get them sorted after the 90s Ronald McDonald brows

Manchester (she/her)

Pre pandemic I got them waxed. At the moment I brush them up with a spoolie and cut anything above the natural lash line.

For a lighter look I use a brow pencil and/or mascara (Nyx micro brow pencil, Maybelline brow drama). For a heavier look I use pomade (Benefit, although I'm not tied to it).

I'm a fellow over plucker of the 90s. I also now have a small bald spot right in the middle of one of mine. Unsure how, it just appeared

I tint them when I do my hair and pencil them for more definition.

I'm contemplating microblading later in the year x

As natural as they come, I’m very low maintenance when it comes to beauty regimes, I’m a bit of a tomboy and can’t be doing with any kind of faff all seems like wasted time

I lighten my eyebrows and have the beautician wax shape them slightly x I do threading too if waxing isn’t available x

Somewhere near here

Wax when I can be bothered, most of the time they’re natural. But thankfully they’re neat and well shaped. Never filled them or done anything else to them, I don’t have time for that nonsense

North East Scotland, mostly

Overplucked mine in my teenage years. Regretted it ever since but had to keep it up. Used first lockdown and ridiculous mega fringe as a cover to grow them back

I lightly pluck mine.

I've not been to a beautician for years. I used to see a lady who knew what I wanted, since then they all wanted to wax them to death

I'm not a fan of the large painted on eyebrow and big lips makeup look that's in fashion at the moment. I prefer a more natural or classic look personally.

?

I only ever pluck the few random hairs that grow too far into the centre, entirely natural apart from that.

I personally don't like the current eyebrow trend, each to their own but I prefer a more natural look.

I let the barber be the judge. Nowhere near the Dennis Healey stage yet. But why do you sometimes wake up and discover one thats appeared 3 times the length of the others overnight???

I also get the barber to burn out any hair on my ears and he also waxes my nostrils... not nearly as painful as plucking out individually!

Someone shaved off one of mine when i fell asleep after drink far too much when I was 16. Had to go to work with a plaster over it and pretend I had cut it falling off my bike. They didnt belive me though.

My brother got his done (talked into it by his wife) he looked to he in state of permanent shock, or he was trying to get on Stars in Their Eyes as Garry Glitter.

I pluck mine. I've got one amazing brow but the other is awful and I completely fucked it up a few weeks ago by trying to fix it.

But eyebrows are sisters not twins. Well, that is what I tell myself so I don't cry.

I do love a good eyebrow on a woman! I'm not too fussed about men.

Never had it done to me.

I do have to sort my oasis style monobrow every few weeks.
