It was very painful at the time but far less painful now, i thought it would continue to hurt lots all the time, although I'm not doing much. Xx | |||

I will get an appointment for the fracture clinic. No mention of physio but i'm having physio on my knee so maybe that will include my foot | |||

She keeps sending me pictures of hers she's back at the fracture clinic on Wednesday. " mine looks more bruised in the flesh rather than in a photo
The fracture clinic was mentioned to me but i can't remember what they said, i wish i had taken more notice | |||

The physio will give you specific instructions.... My best advice - do everything they say, to the letter... Otherwise it's just yourself that you are cheating xxxx" I'm having physio at the moment for a damaged knee (same leg) so I'm hoping he will carry on for my foot. I can't do much of the physio for my knee now anyway ! Xxx | |||
