Even within its own internal logic, it has got more implausible as it has gone on but has remained superbly acted and visually sumptuous. The one plot hole that really grates on me is that all the handmaids were implanted with tracking devices and yet manage to remain elusive." Previously June ripped hers out…. Its 1st series at the time after Trump's election, was especially so. The book is fantastic and the show progresses from it, from series 2. The new series has much increased quality IMO, perhaps as they had longer to produce it. Certainly watch series 1, as it's so unique and thought provoking, in addition to the high quality performance | |||
