The shopping list I used to give to the kids gave them something to do in the supermarket and taught them price per kilo not the shelf price. They thanked me as they got older when it came to sweets chocolates and booze!

I did 'the thing' I had to do that was weighing on me. Now I am free of things for a little bit I am struck with inertia. The only thing that gets me off my phone is when the battery dies and I can only mòve from a comfy chair when nature calls

(apart from blessed work and school runs and things they dont count)
