Just carrying on from the cheese on toast....

When doing the shopping, does anyone bother to get finger rolls to put sausages in or do you just bung em on bread/ a normal roll? Ketchup or brown sauce? Cumberland or seductively synthetic safeway savers sawdust? (I personally like a "bit-o-rough" occasionally.)

My mum was a dear when I was wee. She used to cook them, cut them in half lengthways, line them up one a piece of bread, put ketchup on, then grate cheese and put worcester sauce on. Two or three times a week for school breakfasts.

I prefer mine on toasted white bread, buttered one side, mustard on the other.

Sausages slit down the middle and pressed opened, placed neatly in the middle, cut in half, eat!

Oooo, and I have this thing about the toasts must be mirror image of each other

Peeps at work think I am really anal when it comes to making a bacon or sausage sandwich, as I always make sure every bit of the bread is covered!

According to hubby the best sausage buttie is when you grill the sausage (no frying eww) cut in half length ways slap on (proper) buttered (all the way to the edges) white bread slather in brown sauce

I wouldnt know I never eat sausage butties now a good crisp bacon buttie with a bit lettuce and tomato heavenly mmmm

Oooo, and homemade burgers too.

Biggest one I have done was for 40 adults plus about 15 kids!
