When I married my ex husband his best man contacted Liverpool fc and asked Gérard Houllier to sign a wedding card for us. He did so and so did all of the first team, my husband was more excited by that than marrying me

We had a certificate signed by the team - it was all scanned signatures though & sent by email to print ourselves. We did get a lovely card from Hearts though.

For my eldest’s 18th I sent a birthday card with pre-paid return envelope to his team & all the players & manager did sign it. Was great to see him open it & will do the same for his 21st next year.
