Just booked into one, and im quite pleasantly surprised, nice clean room, decent bed and lovely Bathroom, The pub downstairs tho, its a bit rough

Are there any issues with meets in hotels generally?

Are they checking people walking in?

Just curious as have a planned hotel meet and now we're wondering if any potential gangbangers will be stopped at reception

Under the Duvet

I've stayed in the Shrewsbury one which has a huge room and v nice, and the Wigan one which was ok.

The Brum one is v central.

Book direct for best prices.

We stayed in a Shrewsbury one, part of it was medieval, and it overlooked a massive medieval bridge. The hotel was fabulous and the pub wasn't bad at all.

You're surprised to go to a hotel and find the room clean and with a decent bed? I wouldn't like to go to the sort of hotels you normally go to.
