Sparking and bread

Starter: foie gras de canard, brioche bread with a fig chutney

From le train bleu in Paris

Main: fillet steak from Hawksmoor with bearnaise sauce, the camembert mash, dripping fries and the salad as sides

Cheeses from a place in the north of France as they have a really nice selection

Dessert: mi cuit au chocolat
