I like that!

As a rule I'll only take criticism if I can learn something from it. If it's a way to improve then I'll take it and work on it, if it's not constructive then I just tend to ignore.

Haha I've learnt so much make up stuff and stupid dances. We did one at work last year as a lot of other sites were doing them as well.

Also saw a thing about the 5 second rule. If you are going to mention something that people xant fix in 5 seconds... Don't mention it.

Friends usually sugar their advice or criticism but people we don’t like or respect may be more honest because there’s no personal aspect. Criticism from an arsehole can still be accurate, sadly.

If someone I respect gives me a critique I will always listen to it even if I don't agree.

In fact I think I always listen to criticism. But the weight I give to that criticism is proportional to the amount of respect I have for that person.

Most of the time I find constructive criticism to have nuggets of truth in them which is helpful
