My work colleague has chickens and gives me loads of eggs every week haha

It took me a while and several experiments to work out how to poach an egg. Now I have a patented method that really works. What I can say is the worst method is to do that this where you stir the water to create a vortex. That's always been hopeless for me.

Anyway, I like them scrambled with plenty of cream, or poached. Preferably they are with smoked salmon. Luke

I can't do them in a pan of water, unless in use the glass and cling film trick. Usually just use a poacher.

DR - poached (simple little silicone sleeves on amazon for poaching egg, only a few quid, or sistema microwave one when at work). Fried, sunny side up if in some bread with bacon.

ST - Fried or scrambled on toast. With plenty of ketchup and mushrooms.
