My knees have always clicked going up the stairs but I noticed they've started doing it going down the stairs. Also noticing more and more grey hairs!

Just this morning, i was making sausages put them on the gas hob and stood there a good ten minutes before i realised the reason they weren't cooking, was i hadn't pressed the little clicker ignition
