Some old guy who's wife is dead and he's lonely as no family or friends close calling a helpline.

Oh yes, I've seen that one

My mum is in hospital and respite care a lot. My dad gets lonely. There's a young family across the road who check on him, bring him food and wave as they go by. It makes all the difference
