I often go 5-7 days, as I find it way more intense when I do then cum and I'm always holding out that it might be with a woman rather than a wank! I'm quite a heavy cummer and after 3-4 days it's a flood, 5-6 tissues usually needed to clean up if I blast myself with it!

I do think since getting into my 30s though, it's easier to not bother jerking off. In my 20s I'd rarely go more than a day but as you get older perhaps your libido drops, or you just can't be arsed after a long day sometimes?

That uncontrolled horniness goes after about 2 weeks if you don't feed it with porn or anything similar.

There have also been as many other studies that disprove its bad for you. There are also studies that say not cumming is supposed to reduce depression and anxiety, improve your cognitive abilities and your memory... I can't remember where I read that though
