Stop all things sweet, and brush your teeth really thoroughly for much longer than you would normally. And no acholic drinks.

This has always worked for me and my dentist thinks it's a good idea(I told her).

If you can get hold of it 2.5ml of oromorph does the trick, but it might be only available on prescription. I took some that my mum was on at the time, and problem solved, so I've kept some unsealed in the cupboard ever since that I managed to acquire on repeat.

Dubai & Nottingham

Emergency dentist and get it sorted. I spent days in excruciating pain , talking to NHS trying to get a faster appointment or painkillers then someone told me theres 7 day a week private dentist open til 10pm with walk in appointments. Failing that maximum paracetamol and ibuprofen every 2 hours alternating then diazepam on top and amiltryptyline at night

Toothache has never ended well in my experience, its lead to extraction. Massive gentle hugs hun, nothing worse than tooth pain

Chams or Socials

It depends on why you have the toothache - I’d call your dentist for an appointment.

In the mean time Orajel & Anbesol liquid are great for pain relief with co-codamol.

I had to have my 1st extraction in January & the relief after it was pulled was amazing
