So I messaged my first person yesterday got a response she seemed interested she knew I was doing some DIY at the time I clicked on her message but didn't respond for a minute then she sent another one saying she's responded to all of my messages and then blocked me is that a normal thing on this ?

No.

I mean, I hate being left on read but we're talking hours/days, not a few minutes.

Yeah fair enough if it's been days or a few hours that's understandable put a few minutes when she knew I was doing DIY and covered in paint lol I just don't get it

"No wouldn't say it's normal x"

That's good my only thought is she might have been having trouble with fakes and time wasters I've seen a lot of women mentioned that but she definitely jump the gun on this one x

It does happen.

Are you sure it was actually a woman though and not some sad bloke posing as one?

Probably another one of the bi polars, there's a few of them on here. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, every remembering something I discovered years ago, contact sites, and indeed dating sites, are a bit like waiting for a bus, it doesn't matter if you miss the first one, as there will be another one along in a minute. Also if you do happen to jump on a particular bus,and you don't like the direction it's going in, you simply jump off that bus and get on another one, which might actually be going in a more favourable direction, and end up at a better destination.

..

There are plenty of people that would behave that way, unfortunately. I can’t give you a logical reason why though

It’s not something I would do, like others have said a bit of a diva

It's not a normal thing no. Some people just think they are entitled to all your time and attention, some men on here are like that too.

I see that you only joined five weeks ago. Wait till you get the block brigade repeatedly blocking you, then unblockiing you to send you a derogatory message, then reblocking you so you can't respond. Oh the power of the block button. I wonder what they get off on, and is it a reflection of their mental intellect, and mundane life. To me it can simply indicate that they are acutely aware that they are punching above their wieght, out of their depths, and you are out of their league especially if they happen to be blocking from miles away with little chance of seeing each other in the flesh, so to speak.

A few new guys have messaged me having had similar experiences, I tell them to remember that it's all just a game!

There and to the left a bit

It's not normal no, regardless of the gender of the person at the other end - and I say that with the possibility in mind that it was actually a bloke pretending to be a woman who had got his rocks off and used it as a way to end the conversation.

Either way look at it as it wasn't meant to be and was not down to anything you said or did necessarily - it's pointless trying to make sense of things that don't make sense to you on here as it'll tie you in knots

It's not normal its demanding but it's happened to me too. Being blocked because I haven't responded in a timeframe acceptable to them. Lucky you found out sooner rather than later!

Anyone who blocks me gets an immediate block in return so they cant play these games. I recommend you use the same tactic.

You obviously have a very high opinion of the opposite sex

No it’s not normal and no one is entitled to a instant reply even if you are online.

What the lady said.

The behaviour is irrational, clear thinkers would not act like that.

If I find someone has blocked me for whatever reason, I immediately block them back to stop this from happening. As sadly it does happen.
