A nap for me.

Just about managed some brekkie, currently off work with laryngitis and dont seem to be hungry but after seeing the toast post i shall be having some when i wake up

No idea Monty. I'm trying to be low carb. I really fancy crumpets with cheese but that's not really low carb is it? I'll probably cook some chicken thigh fillets and have them with an avocado, spinach and sweetcorn salad. And moan about the lack of crumpets.

Probably prawns and a salad. Going to my mums tonight and she wants kfc so got to try and reign in my calories during the day lol I refuse to have a rice box before anyone suggests it

For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs.

I have to start a FODMAP and anti-inflammatory diet and I have no idea what I can and can't eat.

As I'm not too fond of meat I'll probably be eating dirt for dinner.
