Presuming you mean to watch others have sex OP - aside from clubs there really isn't anywhere it's guaranteed, and even then some people would frown on people standing around watching them.

Dogging spots would be another option, but where they are and how much of a guarantee you'd have I really wouldn't know.

Failing that porn or Amsterdam are your next best options

Serious question, what were you hoping for? A list of mythical places where you just turn up and sex is going on? They don't exist other than what's been suggested, not where it's guaranteed anyway
