Ever have those moments of existentialism which make you question your choices.

But is there anything you genuinely regret?

Maybe just one of those days but when will I learned at my age not to eat fried food for breakfast.

Regret that pizza last night.

Got a handful of days before I gotta squeeze my fat arse into my suits.

I have no will power when it comes to eating crap/junk food.

Reading

Regrets, I've had a few

But then again, too few to mention

I did what I had to do

And saw it through without exception

It's hard to live with regrets, It's easier to take the lessons learnt from things.

For me, everything I've ever done it felt right at the time. Everything that has happened has shaped who I am today so I'm secure in that feeling.

I wish to God I'd never got married. There is nothing that can be done about it. The divorce is nearly complete and I'm in a much better relationship now. Onwards and upwards. Luke

When I started reading this first thought was this is awkward as F from a couples profile wait til the other half sees it.

I planned each charted course

Each careful step along the byway

Oh, and more, much more than this

I did it my way

Paradise, Herts

A few minor ones. It’s all part of life really. Yeah I wish I hadn’t done some things, I wish I had done other things. I don’t tend to dwell on it really. Biggest is probably starting smoking.

If you let it, regret can eat you up from the inside.

I have some, but I couldn't change the outcome of them, so I picked myself up, dusted myself off and started again.

I think this is the only sensible approach.

By definition a regret is to do with something in the past. Generally something you can do nothing about.

try and learn, only make the mistake once. That's as good as it gets!

I regret hurting people. I don’t regret other things I have done that could be considered wasteful or excessive because I had a bloody great time doing them.

In the middle

I don’t really have regrets, the things that I can’t change are now so far in the past it doesn’t really warrant a thought anymore, I’m living the life I am living right now and I’m not going back that way to dwell on things
