Do you think you have a guardian angel or charmed life that's got you out of the shit when you may not have?

I've had bad slides in vehicles and minor shunts but never a bad crash. I've had moments when I should have ended myself but didn't. I've been around heavy users but not fixed up myself. I've smacked my head into a kerbstone falling off a bike pissed and have a scar as memory, that should have fractured my skull (the amount of blood on the bike when I looked next morning was fairly terrifying).

I sometimes feel like I'm riding my luck and things one day will not go right.

Yeah I get the self-preservation thing and I guess I probably have sidestepped situations where were I that bit more reckless or just plain unlucky or less coordinated, I could have come off a lot worse.

Most of my stuff, without my strength I probably wouldn't have made it. But situations differ, of course
