Have you ever thought person A is definitely suited to person B and wondered if they've connected yet? Would you tell one/both of them to check the other or just let everybody do their own thing and fate take care of the rest?

My logic is, if they are a good match, surely they would have made a connection so don't interfere. But what if....

No I wouldn’t interfere but I do have a female friend on here and we have totally different tastes so we’ll often say to each other you might like this one etc

Very much so, I always thought Nora and Mingeman were made for each other, alas that ship has sailed.

Now funny you have come up with that suggestion, but I've had a few messages in the past, not many I might add, where it has been suggested that I contact someone as we could be a pair very well matched. One I did see for a while but distance was a problem.

I miss him already, even though he was before my time here!

.

I have thought people would before. Sometimes you can just tell people will click whether that's on a platonic or sexual level.

I did an amusing thread (or three) mainly based on observations before. Occasionally I'm tempted to tell a friend they'd get on well with someone buuut... what happens if they are offended by your suggestion?

I don't know anyone well enough to make such a judgment, though it's interesting to see others' opinions.

somewhere, someplace

I honestly wouldn't mind if someone did message me and say it, I am a watcher of some sort and have noticed some but unsure if it's just banter or actual flirting for real

You should. At least on my part I'd not be offended if somebody suggested something like that to/about me

Yes, I definitely can think of a few people I would match up. But, everyone who uses the forum rregularly will be familiar with each other so I'd leave it up to fate and not interfere. If it's meant to be, it will happen.

Yes Meli you should. I wouldn't be offended and would find it quite interesting. The only problem I'd have is knowing who they were if it was someone I hadn't noticed myself.

I'm on the fence, I'm crap at noticing the difference between hinting and flirting ... but then I'd like to think I'm intelligent enough to know whom I like
