I love holding my partner's hand, it's comforting and reassuring and relaxing. I like being generally close to him, even when we're both on the sofa and he's sorting out golf with his friends and I'm messing about on here, he'll absentmindedly rub my feet or stroke my back. In a few years he'll be one of those doddering old men and I'll still hold his hand, even then.

Love this thread.

I am a very tactile person. If any of you have read the book the 5 love languages, I know that physical touch is my number one way of expressing love and affection.

Touch doesn't have to be sexual to be enjoyable and to feel that sense of bonding with your partner.

I do enjoy holding hands, linking arms, and generally any form of physical connection and contact.

Yes I am a touch slut and that's never going to change.

We always held hands…on the sofa, in the car, waking down the street, anywhere! When my husband died that was one of the (many) things I missed…I’d always fall asleep at night with him holding my hand.

I’m very tactile, I like to kiss, cuddle and touch. Even when he’s driving I have one hand on him, usually on his dick, and when we snuggle Indio his balls.

My Mum and step-Dad got together when they were in their early 70's and 80's respectively. They held hands from the start and still do.

I love holding hands with my partner. Even hold hands with my best friend. He and I love the closeness.

I’m a fan. My parents who have been married 51 years still hold hands although my dad is 6’1” and my mum is 4’10” so it’s not practical
