It's probably obvious but if it hurts you're not doing it right. Not enough lube, wrong angle, toy/cock too big, insufficiently mentally and physically prepared...

Nobody should do it if they feel compelled or expected, and not if it isn't enjoyable.

Also to be clear, when mentioning doing it right or not, I wasn't suggesting everyone could or should enjoy it. That'd be stupid.
