Pierced nipples

I'm fond of giving oral to nipples but am petrified of piercing my tongue on the pointing end,in case I damage my tongue. I've got ones with pointy end caps but they're no where near long enough to pierce someone's tongue and I doubt however passionately you suck on one you'd ever do it with such force to push something through your tongue.
