Never heard of it!"

It used to just be for iPhone users. It’s essentially often rich/famous people, coaches, social media influencers talking and sharing tips on things - like growing a business or a social media marketing, there’s writing groups, dating, spirituality, law of Attraction etc

Lots of conversations on the go, people dip in and out of the ones that interest them

Most music streaming apps also now feature podcasts.

There are also apps specifically for podcasts (they will list them by category). I use one called Pocket Casts which is for Android. If you use an iPhone then poscasts are already part of Apple Music.

The BBC Sounds app (like iPlayer for radio) is also good for podcasts produced by the BBC.

There's a good one on BBC Sounds called 'Sneakernomics'. A historical look at the birth of the training shoe and how they've become embeded in our culture in so many facets of life.

If you like your trainers or sporting history, worth a listen

If lifestyle podcasts are your jam, there's over 60 of us out there now.

There's some with a UK focus (Bed Hoppers) LOTS with a USA focus and a few in Canada, Australia etc

Ours is called Wanderlust Swingers and we're Aussies based in Croatia.

Shaun Attwood’s true crime

Some of the stories are crazy!

The ones where he talks about his own experiences are great too! Especially the ones with his best mate Wildman

An episode of potential interest to Fabbers.

Tricky is a BBC discussion podcast (BBC Sounds or your favourite podcast app.) and the latest episode is 'What's the difference between a kink and a fetish?'.
