Got an early night last night for me, which was 11.30pm then awoken by my neighbour arguing with his ex wife around midnight

I actually went for a nap at 5 for a hour but still going to have a early night I’m up and down that many times at night that I feel like I’m running a marathon overnight

I actually got ear plugs in my bedside drawer, I’ve been married so used to wearing them
