Today I celebrate a year of abstinence from a substance that literally brought me to my knees. I won't go into detail on here about it because it goes against the rules. But what I will say is this.....If you have something that is bothering you, please talk about it! Be honest and open with people. It's not something to be ashamed of.

Congrats mate! Glad you are doing so well!

It’s always hard to get rid of the toxic things in your life, substances, alcohol, gambling, a partner etc, but once you have life is so much better.

In my case it was a job, left it behind. Life hasn’t been better.
