Sheers for evenings, if I'm expected to behave myself

Wearing them does make me behave in a slightly more refined way...

Fishnets however, daytime, nighttime, they make me feel delightfully filthy

Both. Would depend on the situation and the outfit. Fishnets can make quite a plain outfit much more sexy but can look too much depending what they are worn with.
