Yep I've stood and had my picture took at the Road Sign at Bell End ( it's in Wollaston)

It's in Rowley Regis, between Blackheath and Dudley, about a mile from me.

And a town called Muff in donegal. The sign post says you are now entering muff.

I worked for a wine company and the sales rep used to call from the big bar in muff.

"Well lad. I'm in Mary deeneys, muff"

But never heard the punctuation at the end.

In Shepshed near Loughborough you've got Butthole Lane and then at Loughborough university they have the Bastard Gates.
