Yeah. Women can experience alsorts of symptoms at all phases of their cycle through the month. Pre period can be intense with light headedness, tiredness, low mood, hunger, cramps, sweats, feeling hotter than usual the list goes on!

hormone level changes maybe? I got a lot of vertigo when mine altered.

Might be worth having her blood pressure checked too just to be cautious

It's probably the hormones doing it.

It could also be due to anaemia so I would get it checked out if it persists.

Yes it's a thing, the days leading upto that time of the month are the worst for me, dizzy and quite often faint in my case.

All sorts can happen but it has also been very hot weather this week which can cause low blood pressure

I still get light headed just before my cycle even though I haven’t had a period for over 8yrs.

I had this it turned out i had stupidly high blood pressure at 32 and landed myself a 2 night stay in hopsital now on meds and no more dizziness

If it continues i would get it checked out.

Now I just act like the hungry caterpillar when im due on
