I’ve just cooked an eaten a killer beef goulash.

But I was divided on adding the sour cream.

Any goulash ghouls care to discuss this tasty Hungary dish?

I made a goulash yesterday and I also didn’t add the sour cream.

I was too afraid it would ruin it. I might add it next time I made it now I read the above comments.

I had the best goulash ever in a little restaurant in budapest last year.

Ive never used sour cream, double cream works well. And margarine not butter
