couple, us we him her.

So driving along a really busy road and spotted something moving on the pavement.

It's a mummy duck with 8 ickle cute duckwings following her.

( I love duck's)

She proceeded to waddle into the busy road.

I stopped put on my Hazard's and started to flash my headlights at the oncoming traffic.

Now unless the guy coming the other way was blind there is no way you could miss her.

He didn't slow in fact he sped up the fucking prick and actually aimed at them.

Heart in mouth I opened van door fuck it.

If he runs them over I'm standing in the road he can either run me over also or stop in which case, it's clobbering time!

Just at the last second mum turn's round and they waddle back into the bushes,

Thankfully.

But arseface only gives me a filthy fucking look like he's been deprived of a kill.

Headed back that way about half hour later, thankfully no dead duckies in the road.

People can be utter assholes at times!

Secret hideaway in the pennines

I was sat down by the canal the other day, watching the mummy and daddy ducks proudly taking their family out for a paddle

A mummy and daddy swan doing the same, and a mummy and daddy goose on the tow path warding off passers by from their brood

I saw a whole family of ducklings wiped out on the North Circular one day. Sadly there was no way at 50 miles an hour as a pedestrian I could do anything. It was a horrid thing to witness.

Well done you!

Hope, how were you travelling at 50mph as a pedestrian?! I can only manage 45mph in the manual chair

We used to live next to a pond. I was driving to work one morning when a similar thing happened but without the happy ending

That's awful to read some truly horrible horrible people around....

Thank goodness you were there! Duckies were very lucky.

Last month we discovered that our neighbour was running a Puppy farm, the case has been ongoing....I had an update from my friend who is a police officer and he told me that they had to raid her house for something unrelated and found the bodies of 3 Daschunds, looks like they were dehydrated as their mouths were taped up... Officers heard the cries of puppies, went to investigate and found 15 Dach pups laying in filth....evidence of dead pups, RSPCA said if dogs don't think the conditions are right then they will kill their offspring...they seemed to think that that is why the mouths were taped shut.

RSPCA was called and removed the pups...

She had been breeding dogs and taking them to Cardiff to sell

He said it is a long complex case and she is wanted for all sorts of things

My heart broke hearing that

That’s disgusting, I was actually talking about this sort of thing with someone today and how evil and cruel some people can be. At the campsite in Skegness where we usually stay there are lots of ducks and there are signs that say to slow down and let the ducks cross, well a few years back I heard there was a guy in a big Range Rover he stopped and the people behind thought he was letting the mother duck and her ducklings across but as as they started to cross he run them all over glad you were there today though and saved that little family xx

"Well done fucking hate people who don't care about animals"

And deliberately try and hurt them. It’s beyond belief. And we walk amongst these kind of humans

So pleased it all worked out well.

There's some truly awful people about.

Fortunately, most seem to care about animals.

Many years ago driving down a country lane at night, I spotted several sets of eyes in the road. On investigating, I found half a dozen kittens and had to pursuade them back in the farmyard before driving on.
