It used to be more appropriate in the days of empire. Since the sun never set on the Empire it was technically breakfast time in the Empire anytime of day. But since that crumbled long ago you'll just have to roll with the principle that if its on the Wetherspoons dinner menu then its legit for dinner. However best you cook it your self because Mr Wetherspoon is having a bit of a staffing crisis for some totally not ironic reason.
