How do you feel about people photo shopping their profile pics???

We personally have old and new pics but none are photo shopped.... We feel if you like what you see thats what you get!!!!

Do you also feel you have to go through with the meet and then you avoid/ ghost people... Or you just keep it as a social with a no thank you xx

Depends on what kind off photo shopping been done

Like if it’s a face blur or crop out or a little filter that’s fine by me or mark hider ie get rid off spots or stretch marks or scars then I fine with it as none off that would put me off the person

If it’s like a body mod like re shapeing tool or makeup tool then I am agenst it

See a lot off tv/ts useing the makeup one it’s a dead give away

Anything that changes actually appearance is a no for me, snap filters for instance but basic colour filters are fine

None of my pics are altered, the girl me you see is real.

On odd occasions I've had to blur or blank out something in the background for safety & recognition purposes but that's it. Don't see the point in creating a fake pic that's nothing like reality.

This. . It’s deceitful and I have no time for people who do it.

I blur out my tattoos and sometimes change the e colouring of the pic. It’s still me and I’ve not altered my body shape

Stops you looking like a beached whale.....sometimes

No, not fair to alter but I do try to take from a flattering angle if I can find one

I add a few colour filters and maybe edit the sharpness, contrast and the like, but definitely don't use anything to change the shape of my body. Although bigger arms does seem a good idea now I think about it

I only ever put a black and white filter on mine, or a bright filter for the shower pics

I don't alter my body or features

It's all me

I don't do anything to CHANGE my appearance (OK, apart from the fake for the Torso Tuesday earlier, but that had FAKE stamped all over it!), but as I'm sure you can tell, I have no problem fucking with the image to make it (I hope) eye catching

I'd never 'false advertise', and whenever I've chatted/met in the past, I've shared enough warts'n'all photos in the lead up to a meet, that they always knew they were getting the real plain old me and not suddenly going, "hang on I thought I was getting Ryan Reynolds"

You think my photos would look like this if I could use Photoshop?

I'd like to think that pre-meet a non-filtered or shopped pic would be sent so that at least the person is recognisable, but I've met someone who turned out to be using non-filtered, non-photoshopped pics that were at a guess 20 years out of date, so I guess people's thoughts on how representative photos should be vary quite significantly!

I usually just use blur or a black and white filter. Nothing else though.

Colour enhancement or b/W but not ones that change the looks of the person or knock years off

I assume this would be a social as that’s where you iron out all the checklist requirements. If they look nothing like their pics or don’t look better in real life then you just finish the social, thank them and be polite but say you didn’t feel a connection. Connections are great and can be used for all manner of things.

Even if you agreed to meet for sex based off their pictures (something I wouldn’t advise) you can still say that you’re not feeling a connection.

We hide our faces thats all. To be fair I don't think we notice or have seen any figure changing photo shop.

I don't change mine in anyway, it would be pointless. I crop out my tattoo or wear long gloves to cover it though. X

Just over there

Editing is a bit of a hobby of mine but I would never use a tool to change myself in anyway! Background, colour, shadows and light I play about with, occasionally blurring my face. If you've met me you'll see that I look exactly like my pics!

Pet hate is guys sending facepics with SC filters on. Usually ripped af guys staring at me from the screen with puppy dog ears and a lolling tongue....

I use colour filters but nothing else. It's so easy to confuse profiles or accuse people of having multiple profiles because they are photoshopped to the nth degree and all look exactly the same with no originality. I'm not attracted to cartoons.

Equally, the number of profiles with pics dating from years ago is just as off-putting.

We play around with colour filters and backgrounds to draw the eye in to the subject and add to the mood of the pic. That's what photography is about in our eyes.

If you can see a variety of shots, in a number of poses, you have a fairly good idea what people look like.

Disguising bodies through image editing as usually obvious and unappealing. Anything older than couple of years, honest or not, and we'd like to see newer ones.

Generally if we're chatting with someone, everything becomes apparent fairly quickly.

If photos have been filtered in any way to make the person look thinner or younger its usually pretty obvious and we won't meet. We like to see the real deal.

Not photoshopped or filtered but with makeup, wig and breasts I look like a completely different person....
