" What I was surprised to read was policemen who came forward to highlight issues have been disciplined or forced out..... It conjures images of that 70s film serpico. I don't doubt there are many good in amongst it but if the top brass are effectively bent and setting the culture its never going to get better until they root them out. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Really saddened to read it. | |||
