Fuck up in a situation do you hold your hands up ,say sorry and learn from it, or do you deny it was you and shift the blame?

I do tend to hold my hands up and apologise for my errors. So to anyone out there where I have fducked up sorry.

It depends whether I think I *can* shift the blame. Normally, I just 'fess up...

If someone won't admit to fucking up, would they admit to not admitting it when they fuck up?

I predict everyone will say they hold their hands up and admit it.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I used to try and shift the blame, especially at work. Probably because my mother had some pretty bad punishments when we were kids and the fear of owning up has carried on into my adult life. Now I always fess up because I feel bad about making it someone elses problem.

Sometimes silence is golden

However, it's generally the easiest thing for you as well as others to just say what's happened, and apologise. I certainly apologise to myself, so others deserve the same.

in the night garden

I normally plant either mental or physical evidence pointing to someone else then blame them.

Same here...easier to hold your hands up and sort the issue out than try to shift the blame onto someone else usually anyway. Although to be fair in my old job I tended to fix most of my fuck ups before they were noticed because I knew how to play most of the systems!

Always fess up if I'm in the wrong. However, if someone 'shifts' the blame to me, God help them as I can usually back myself up

I am very quick to put my hand up as soon as I know I have made a mistake.

One of my better qualities.
