An ITV reporter trying to do an outside broadcast got increasingly frustrated by someone repeatedly walking into the shot. The reporter threatened to 'Bang Him Out'.

Justified or Not...?

Threatening physical violence is never cool, but it must be extremely annoying to be interrupted constantly whilst trying to do your job, possibly under time pressure. We all lose our shit from time to time, nobody's perfect.

If the guy didn’t do it anymore after being spoken to then it’s a result in my book.

And the reporter snapped and said he was trying to do his job but where did the man work?

McDonald's or Footlocker

A "Fuck off you stupid cunt" would have been a better statement.

I watched the video and I think it was justified. The bloke was trying to do his job and these knobheads were ruining the shot. It’s his livelihood and they thought they were being funny stopping him performing.

The internet has made people forget what it’s like to get punched in the face

Poor chap was only trying to do his job. Shouldn’t have to cope with such juvenile pricks.

Justified in his frustrated reaction. Not justified would be actually banging him out.

Well I am 50/50.

Watched the video.. what's wrong with working an honest living at McDonalds or Footlocker. 'I am trying to broadcast to half a million people'. It's surely the same if it's half a million or ten million. An inflated opinion of importance. But then, if your in a studio is one thing. Filming in the public domain then that is another. Perhaps the journo was having a bad day . We all have them.

Anyone doing their job, whether in the public or behind closed doors, should be left alone to perform the task they are hired to. It has nothing to do with having a bad day

Public place, this journalist seems to think he has some kind of control over the public and can tell people what they can and can’t do. They are choosing to hold their interview in a public place, then complaining about the public.

Was being a bit of a dick tho, so can understand his frustration.
