Is this a nice way of saying ‘Christ! You’re old and grey!’?

What other ways are there of saying things nicely?

Distinguished to me implies a bit of a classy look, so does not sound negative. Mind you I guess it depends HOW it is said

...

and by whom

I’ve been described as most of these (apart from Clooneyesque) by different people. It feels more genuine when it’s from people I know and who know me but whatever anyone says I am content with who I am and how I am.

'I really dig mature women'

Said to me by a 30 year old. I'm only 39! Although I hadn't dyed my hair for 2 years and was completely silver......maybe he thought I'd mistyped 69.

I’ve never been called it in any capacity whatsoever, ever

We get the ‘you both look great for your age’ comments…

C gets the ‘your breasts are amazing for someone your age’

I had a ‘silver fox’ compliment the other week - I’ve not got hardly any grey in my hair or stubble

How to give a compliment and take it back straight away

K
