I was going to type something similar! It's a good reply.

I like passion but it has to be with other things. Someone who I think is more intelligent than me will always have a bit of a soft spot. I guess time but not just time. Actual focus. If someone pours focus and energy into me, that's a good way into my heart. But not just that. My heart is a complicated place.

at the risk of sounding a little self centred

... showing a genuine interest in getting to know me as much as I would want to know them. mutual attraction / humour / spark clearly are all important, but if there isn't a genuine desire from them to get to know me then I'm probably not going to be interested.

Right? Some people can't hold them steady. You want it to be held like a newborn baby. With love, amusement, but also tight and secure. Like in the womb

Because when you give someone your heart, you trust them not to drop it in the corner like a toy they no longer want to play with or an ornament you stick on a shelf and remember to dust it off once a month, you trust they will nurture it. So yeah, keep it safe. It deserves a right connection.

Hate shagging straight after eating.

Not interested in food until after the deed is done and I know that I will be going home, often with something for the freezer as well, after we've recouped our used up energy. Any chance of round two and I will just gratefully accept the take away.

I seem to know a lot of good cooks (exotic cuisine) so have to make my ground rules clear and the prospect of being overfed has a deterrent effect on the danger of marriage ensuing, as well.

Surprised nobody has mentioned Haribos yet (whatever they are).

Normally they appear to be an in-crowd, cult thing on the forum, second only to popcorn fetching.

Maybe most users, of various persuasions, have found something else to suck that gets to a man's heart?

Abhor TV dinners and takeaways eaten off the lap.

Same goes for drinks.with my decent crystal glasses I don't want people to have no where solid to put them down.
