Ty for getting the plural of lady correct. Was this an instructional post to all those who think it is lady's?

I think it’s a song on YouTube.

But other than that it is lady’s bra isn’t it?

The bra belongs to the lady so lady’s bra not ladies bra.

But I’m sure it’s referring to a song

The ladies' bras would be the plural, possibly

Exactly. The ladies' bra would infer multiple women owning one bra, and that's just wrong on multiple levels...

If it's one bra, it's likely to belong to one lady, therefore it would be the lady's bra. If he is talking about bras belonging to a lady or to multiple ladies, then it would be possessive and involve an apostrophe. So it could be:

The lady's bra or bras.

The ladies' bra or bras.

Since I don't know what lies behind this thread I couldn't say which is correct.

. But I think even if they all had their own bras on and there were a few of them it would still be ladies’ bras. .

I think you mean.. .

This make me, a pedant, happy.

Your pedantry is not a living thing and therefore can't be happy.

I'm personifying my pedantry. I'm aware my pedantry isn't an entity with distinct emotions

"Nerd's."

Why the apostrophe?! I'm sorry, but there has been a rebellion and this thread has been taken over by grammar Nazis (not Nazi's).

Bras doesn't need an apostrophe here surely...

But surely if the grammar belonged to the nazis. It would therefore become the nazi’s grammar.

Well, technically, bra is short for brassiere so you could probably argue that.
