I finish work at 2am and never worked out at that time of night (morning) so interested to see if I can sleep afterwards and it’ll fit into a daily routine. ![]() I'm a shift worker and find that a gym session after work (in the early hours) makes me sleep like a baby | |||

Once I’ve lost some more weight and I can move more comfortably I will start weight training again. I have a bad foot as well so that puts a stop to a lot of exercises. I love the cross trainer though as the movement is very fluid so less pressure on my body " I could have written this! I am also progressively loading with time and difficulty, but gradually because I cant afford to get injured. I find it exilerating and already noticing the benefits both mentally, and physically, good luck and hang in there xx | |||

I always feel fed Up and grumpy if one not done some form of Vigorous exercise per day. Even a 10 minute power walk, if that’s all there is time and space for. It’s been quite a journey the last 2 years - losing over 3 stone in weight following a fat-phase (rugby injury) and I feel fitter and stronger than I have in 15 years. | |||

Work has worn me out. I think a nice swim instead. Day off tomorrow so smash out a circuit when I got a bit more energy. Just ashame the gym pool is not clothes optional. Always feel just a little stiffled by swimwear. | |||

"I was on a roll back at the gym after they reopened but losing couple of weeks moving home and getting it sorted. Straight back on it as soon as I can, weight training ![]() It's very easy to get out of good habits isn't it. I was exactly the same but have been fairly consistent for 3/4 weeks now.
