It's a maid of all work, and definitely the grease for my cogs.

When I'm feeling drained it recharges

When I'm energetic it calms

When I'm full of thoughs its an out of box diversion

When I can't think it helps ground my thoughts

When I want to share pleasure its among the tools in my box

And when I need closeness it feeds my needs

I'm its best addict and its worst abstainer
